Product Detail

The TOCG-3042 online total organic carbon (TOC) analyzer is an independently developed and manufactured product of Shanghai Boqu Instrument Co., Ltd. It utilizes the high-temperature catalytic combustion oxidation method. In this process, the sample undergoes acidification and purging with air in the syringe to remove inorganic carbon, and is subsequently introduced into a combustion tube filled with a platinum catalyst. Upon heating and oxidation, the organic carbon is converted into CO₂ gas. After removing potential interfering substances, the concentration of CO₂ is measured by a detector. The data processing system then converts the CO₂ content into the corresponding concentration of organic carbon in the water sample.

1.This product features a highly sensitive CO2 detector and a high-precision injection pump sampling system.  
2. It provides alarm and notification functions for low reagent levels and insufficient pure water supply.  
3. Users can select from multiple operating modes, including single measurement, interval measurement, and continuous hourly measurement.  
4. Supports multiple measurement ranges,with the option to customize ranges.  
5. It includes a user-defined upper concentration limit alarm function.  
6. The system can store and retrieve historical measurement data and alarm records from the past three years.
