Urban secondary water supply is a key link in the safety of residents' drinking water and directly involves the vital interests of the broad masses of the people. In order to improve the city's secondary water supply guarantee capability and ensure the safety of residents' drinking water quality and quantity, we must realize the transformation from "water plant" to "faucets" Full process monitoring and integrated operation. Based on the actual situation of secondary water supply in urban areas, a city in Jilin City continues to transform the secondary water supply in "old scattered small" residential areas.
This project renovated 15,766.10 meters of water supply pipelines and restored 1,670 square meters of road surface. At the same time, 30 water supply pump stations were renovated. The total area of new water supply rooms in the pump rooms was 320 square meters (16 old pump stations). 194 sets of equipment were purchased, included 30 sets of online water quality monitoring equipment.

Thirty residential pump rooms affiliated to a Tap water company in China that supply domestic water have installed 30 sets of online multi-parameter water quality analyzers independently developed and produced by BOQU Instrument, and built a water supply smart cloud platform to achieve DMA zone leakage control by online operation. These water supply pump rooms are integrated into the water supply smart cloud platform for unified management, including the operating parameters of the water supply equipment body, water flow, water quality monitoring system, monitoring system, access control system, disinfection facilities, and waterproof and flood alarm facilities.
Through the installation of these devices, the city has realized online monitoring of secondary water supply water quality, met social service needs, and provided good conditions for the standardized management of secondary water supply in the city. This enables residents to obtain real-time health protection with water and meet the requirements of the "Urban Water Supply Water Quality Standards" (CJ/T206-2005).
