The rural sewage treatment project in a certain district of Beijing encompasses the installation of 86.56 kilometers of main sewage collection pipelines, the construction of 5,107 sewage inspection wells of various types, and the establishment of 17 new sewage lift pumping stations. The overall scope of the project includes the development of rural sewage pipe networks, septic tanks, and sewage treatment stations.
Project Objective: The primary goal of the project is to eliminate black and odorous water bodies in rural areas and improve the rural living environment. The project involves the installation of sewage collection pipelines and the establishment of sewage treatment facilities across 104 villages in 7 towns within the district. The project covers a total of 49,833 households, benefiting a population of 169,653 residents.

Project Construction Content and Scale:
1. Sewage Treatment Stations: A total of 92 sewage treatment stations will be constructed across 104 administrative villages in 7 towns, with a combined daily sewage treatment capacity of 12,750 cubic meters. The treatment stations will be designed with capacities of 30 m³/d, 50 m³/d, 80 m³/d, 100 m³/d, 150 m³/d, 200 m³/d, 300 m³/d, and 500 m³/d. The treated effluent will be utilized for irrigation and conservation purposes in nearby forested areas and green spaces. Additionally, 12,150 meters of new water diversion channels for forest land conservation will be constructed. (All construction details are subject to the final approved plans.)
2. Rural Sewage Pipe Network: The total length of newly constructed pipelines for the rural sewage pipe network will be 1,111 kilometers, comprising 471,289 meters of DN200 pipelines, 380,765 meters of DN300 pipelines, and 15,705 meters of DN400 pipelines. The project also includes the installation of 243,010 meters of De110 branch pipes. A total of 44,053 inspection wells will be installed, along with 168 sewage pump wells. (All construction details are subject to the final approved plans.)
3. Septic Tank Construction: A total of 49,833 septic tanks will be constructed across 104 administrative villages in 7 towns. (All construction details are subject to the final approved plans.)

The effluent quality from the sewage treatment stations complies with Class B of the "Integrated Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants" (DB11/307-2013), which specifies discharge limits for water pollutants from village domestic sewage treatment stations into surface water bodies. The sewage pipe network, along with its inspection wells and other ancillary facilities, operates efficiently without blockages or damage. All sewage within the designated collection area is collected and connected to the system, with no instances of untreated sewage discharge.
Shanghai Boqu provides multi-point and multi-set online automatic monitoring solutions for this project to ensure the reliable operation of rural sewage treatment stations and full compliance with water pollutant discharge regulations. To safeguard agricultural water quality, real-time online monitoring of water quality changes is implemented. Through integrated water quality monitoring and control systems, comprehensive oversight is achieved, ensuring stable and reliable water quality, resource efficiency, cost reduction, and the realization of the concept of "intelligent processing and sustainable development."
